New Interiors Ltd. is growing and currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to join our team in the Drywall division. The Site Supervisor is responsible for site management and construction activities of multiple job sites. Reporting to the Operations & Service Manager, the Site Supervisor assists with all facets of the company’s construction activities including estimating, ordering materials, staffing requirements, health and safety, quality control and management of all subcontractors. This position requires a dynamic multi-tasker who can manage multiple supervisors and job sites overseeing many projects at once.

Position: Full-Time, Permanent + Benefits

Responsibilities:
Customer Service/Follow Through
• Attends customer site meetings to manage contracts awarded to the company
• Work with clients and installation crews on following through from sales to delivery, installation and final inspection
• Verification and coordination of site activity with contractors and installation crews with the assistant site supervisors
• Front line to end customers providing detailed communication regarding progress
• Manages quality control
• Adheres to company and customer health and safety policies and procedures

Administrative
• Coordinating deliveries and installation with office to ensure schedules meet
• Attending department and company weekly meetings
• Site verification of dimensions and/or materials
• Works with office on estimates, adheres to budgets and provides feedback from sites on any change orders
• Manages multiple supervisors, providing leadership and knowledge, completes regular reviews and follows the companies HR procedures
• Detailed reporting to the office from site meetings on job progress for invoicing purposes

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
• High School Diploma
• Post-Secondary Education an asset
• 10 plus years’ experience managing construction sites
• 5 plus years’ experience managing people
• Drywall experience preferred
• Positive optimistic approach
• Self-motivated and action oriented
• Takes personal responsibility for actions
• Exceptional customer service & management skills
• Confident in dealing with internal and external customers, and coworkers at all levels

Work Environment:
• Approximately 80% of day is spent at customer sites
• Full PPE at all times
