During the 1970s and 1980s, the influential Canadian designer Thomas Lamb (1938-1997) had a multifaceted association with Nienkämper. In addition to creating several critically and commercially successful furniture collections for the company, he designed showrooms and graphics for Nienkämper and directed the manufacturers promotional photography. Nienkämper new Embassy II series pay tribute to Lamb by updating one of his iconic furniture designs to make it fully compatible with the modern office.
Embassy II tables incorporate full Vox® Forum connectivity, and a hinged door provides easy access to wire stowed neatly out of sight within the bases. Optional microphones and grommets expand the means of managing technology simply and efficiently.
Single-, two-, three- and four-base Embassy II tables make it possible to configure anything from a private executive or small conference table to a large boardroom table. The square-topped single-base tables can also be aligned to create larger tables when needed.
